Water and fire restoration: an AI receptionist on your business phone
The short version
- It answers the calls you do not pick up, says it is an AI assistant, and asks what the job is.
- It names prices from your price list and no others. The list is built from the jobs below: you choose the ones you do and set the prices.
- $0.25 a minute of answered call and $5 a month per number.
What happens when somebody calls?
The assistant answers with your greeting, says it is an AI assistant, and asks what the job is. If the job has a price on your list, it says that price. It offers two times from your calendar and books the one the caller picks.
A job that is not on your list gets no price: the assistant offers a visit to look at it and give a price on site.
The job reaches you by email when the call ends: one call, one email. A call that ends without a booking still reaches you as a lead.
It speaks English, Spanish and Russian and switches between them inside a single call. You choose which of the three it switches into and which one it greets in.

Work that needs a licence
When a caller asks for work that needs a contractor's licence your account does not list, the assistant does not quote or book it. It takes the details, the address and the number and sends them to you to decide.
What does it cost?
$0.25 per minute of answered call, rounded up. A call shorter than a minute counts as one.
$5 a month for each number that reaches your line.
